The Fort Dodge Area Symphony is proud to sponsor the Youth Honors Recital for outstanding young soloists and ensembles. The recital is open to students 8th grade and younger. Auditions are held for students performing in piano, instrumental, voice, and dance as well as small ensembles. Students interested in auditioning for the Youth Honors Recital can get more information by clicking on the buttons below. The auditions this year were held on Friday, March 14, 2008 and the recital was on Friday, April 4th at 7:00 P.M. The auditions and recital were held at Grace Lutheran Church . All students who auditioned received a family ticket to the Symphony's Young Artists' concert on Sunday, April 27th at 3:00 P.M., Phillips Middle School. Certificates were awarded to the winners. The following students were selected from the recital to perform before the Fort Dodge Area Symphony Concert on Sunday, April 27 at 2:30 P.M.
