Heading for the Youth Honors Recital page

The Fort Dodge Area Symphony is proud to sponsor the Youth Honors Recital for outstanding young soloists and ensembles. The recital is open to students 8th grade and younger. The categories for performance include piano, instrumental, voice, and dance as well as small ensembles. Students who are interested in playing in the recital can get more information by clicking on the buttons below.

Some of the students in the recital will be selected to perform in the pre-concert program before the Young Artists concert. In the previous Symphony season, the following students were selected from the recital to perform before the Young Artists concert on Sunday, April 17, 2011. These students were selected from the recital on Friday, April 1, 2011.
