Lollipop String Orchestra The Fort Dodge Area Symphony Board again sponsored the Lollipop String Orchestra. The rehearsals were held at the Fort Dodge Public Library from 10:30 A. M. to 11:30 A.M. All students who participated had to be 8th grade or younger, studying with a teacher and had to be able to read notes. The rehearsals for 2008 were as follows:    January - 12 and 26    February - 9 and 23    March - 1, 8, 15, 29 (no rehearsal on the 22nd)    Dress rehearsal, after school on Thursday, April 3th at Grace Lutheran Church. The performance was after the Youth Honors Recitals on Friday, April 4th at Grace Lutheran Church.
